Tamiya ha iniziato la produzione di auto radiocomandate nel lontano 1976 ed oggi grazie alla esperienza maturata produce modelli per le categorie: pista, drift e fuoristrada. I modelli utilizzano motori elettrici di categoria 540 e possono essere a 2 o 4 ruote motrici, la fonte di energia e' fornita da una batteria ricaricabile da 7,2V ed il controllo avviene tramite un radiocomando (normalmente 2 canali) dotato di regolatore elettronico. La costruzione risulta semplice ed avvincente grazie ad istruzioni con parti numerate e figurate, ed alla precisione delle parti da avvitare e/o incastrare. Per il completamento sono richiesti: radiocomando, batteria 7,2V e relativo caricabatterie. |

Sleek Design Thumping Power
This is an electric assembly remote control car of the Nissan Fairlady Z Version Nismo which in January 2007, went under its second minor change being fitted with an awe inspiring 313 hp 3.5 liter V6 engine. The polycarbonate body accurately reproduces the beautiful aero dynamical form of this Fairlady Z which belongs to Nissans motorsports and performance division Nismo. The door rear vision mirrors and rear spoiler which are separate parts to the body, add to the already stunning looks. Equipped with Tamiya LED light unit TLU-01, 2 headlights, and 2 taillights including the metal plated font and rear light cases, all realistically replicates the lighting dynamics of the Fairlady Z Nismo.
New and Improved
The bathtub frame of the newly evolved shaft-driven 4WD TT-01 Type-E has its motor and battery close to the ground for lower center of gravity and optimum balance. Mounted on the bathtub frame is a fiberglass reinforced nylon upper deck and gear covers improving rigidity, as well as a 3 piece tie rod providing a smoother steering action. The low center of gravity, great balanced design, 4 wheel double wishbone suspension system, and front and rear differential gears all come together to produce excellent operating ability. Handling has improved as only a few parts are needed for assembling and setting. It is also possible to customize your machine with the wide variety of separately available Option Parts.
Uprights
TT-01 Type-E chassis uprights improve stability.
Steering
The improved steering linkage design features a TA05 inspired steering system for sharper steering repsonse.
Damper Stay
The damper stay and gearbox cover are exclusive to this car. There is a choice of 2 installation points for the damper stay.
Upper Deck
The fiberglass reinforced nylon upper deck enhances chassis rigidity.
Transponder Stay
It is possible to install a transponder stay for racing specifications.
Tail Light
The tail lights have been faithfully reproduced. For a more realistic finish install separately available Tamiya Red (5 mm) LED lights.
